| You will find the
majority of the yachts operate under the standard terms reported here
below, however we suggest to verify the specific terms that will be
applied for any yacht. Different yachts under the same term's title
offer occasional variations between the terms. |
| MYBA - WMT - Western Mediterranean Terms |
|
The Charter Fee includes the charter of the yacht
with all its equipment in working order, tools, stores, cleaning
material and basic consumable stores for engine room, deck and cabins.
Crew 's wages, food, insurance of the yacht for marine risk and
thir party claims and the crew for employer's liability insurance
is also included. If the yacht is not on MYBA terms, crew food may
be extra charge.
Extra: the Charterer will be charged extra for all other expenses
like fuel for the yacht, tenders, ski-boats and other toys. Food,
beers, wine, spirits and soft drinks for the Charteres. Other consumable
stores, berthing dues and all other port charges away from the yacht's
own berth, including taxes, charges for water and/or electricity
taken from the shore, pilotage fees, laundry, communications, hire
costs of special equipment requested by the charterer.

SEMT (or EMT or GT) Standard Eastern Mediterranean Terms:
|
|
The Charter Fee includes the charter of the yacht
in working order, crew's wages, insurance for marine risk and third
party claims and crew employer's liablity insurance. The Charter
Fee includes also fuel for up to 4/5 hours cruising per day, food
for the crew, berthing dues and other harbour charges (except Corinthian
Canal dues), water and/or electricity taken from the shore.
Please note: the arrangement about fuel charges might vary. At extra
charge will be all the other expenses like fuel for the tenders
and toys, food, beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks for the Charterers,
berthing and harbour expenses outside the yacht's normal cruising
area, laundry, communications, hire costs of special equipment placed
on board on Charterer request.

SCT or CT - Standard Caribbean Terms
|
|
The Charter Fee includes Charterer and crew food
plus all expenses listed under MYBA - WMT and SEMT. Some yachts
include wine and bar. Vintage wines and Champagne, communications,
marina berthing, rendez-vous diving, etc. are extra charged.

| IMPORTANT |
| The European Union Legislation requires
to all yachts operating in the Union waters to collect Value Added
Tax (IVA, TVA, VAT, etc. ) on all charters at rates which vary between
16% and 20% of the Charter Fee. Under UE Law this is payable by the
Charterer. However for some yachts under Commercial Registry the tax
may not be required. Please check with us for up-to-date information. |
